Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler

What You’ll Do
- Greet patients and visitors with professionalism and a welcoming attitude
- Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently and accurately
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
- Maintain and update calendars for providers and clinic staff
- Coordinate daily scheduling needs and resolve conflicts as they arise
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, email, and general correspondence
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Assist with data entry and general administrative support
- Partner with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or scheduling role preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling systems
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
