Responsibilities:
Main role is to provide support for our Fleet Manager and help oversee tasks/admin work within the department. Training will be provided and day-to-day guidance from our management team! Duties included but not limited to:
- Registering and licensing all vehicles under their management.
- Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs to company vehicles in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and company protocols (a plus but not required).
- Arranges repairs for medical equipment and company vehicles with approved repair facility.
- Identifies and sources parts and supplies and repair items as necessary.
- Assists in transportation and organization of vehicles and equipment at satellite locations.
- Follows all safety related policies, rules, regulations, technical instructions and guidelines.
- Local travel may be required.
- Paperwork, phone calls, invoice review in collaboration with management
Skills:
- High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
- Proven working experience and knowledge in areas of vehicle maintenance
- Eagerness to learn and problem solve
- Requires excellent communication and documentation skills
