All-Stat Portable | Build Relationships. Strengthen Partnerships. Make a Difference.

Impact the Future of Senior Care!

Are you a people person who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and making a meaningful difference?

At All-Stat Portable, we're not just providing mobile diagnostic services — we're helping transform how healthcare is delivered.

Since 1978, we've been bringing essential diagnostic services directly to patients who need them most. From mobile X-ray and ultrasound to cardiology and vascular access, we help skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, and other healthcare organizations provide exceptional care without unnecessary trips to the hospital.

We're looking for an energetic, personable, and relationship-driven Account Executive to support our healthcare partners.

This isn't your typical Account Executive position. You won't spend your days chasing cold leads or trying to hit aggressive sales quotas. Instead, you'll be the face of All-Stat Portable, building strong relationships, supporting our existing customers, and ensuring our healthcare partners receive the exceptional service they deserve.

If you love connecting with people, taking ownership, and being the person others can count on, we want to meet you!

Why You'll Love This Role

  • Relationships Over Sales: Focus on building lasting partnerships, customer satisfaction, and account retention rather than traditional sales quotas.

  • True Account Ownership: Manage your assigned facilities with the autonomy, flexibility, and trust to make a real impact.

  • A Career with Purpose: Help healthcare professionals deliver essential diagnostic services to patients who may otherwise face difficult or unnecessary hospital transfers.

  • Make Your Voice Heard: Work directly with operations and company leadership in a visible role where your ideas, feedback, and solutions matter.

  • Every Day Is Different: Get out from behind a desk, visit healthcare facilities, connect with people, and solve real-world challenges.

  • Be Part of Something Bigger: Join a growing healthcare organization with a long-standing reputation and a commitment to exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do

As an Account Executive, you'll serve as a trusted partner to our customers and a critical connection between the facilities we serve and our internal teams.

Build & Maintain Strong Relationships

  • Develop meaningful relationships with administrators, Directors of Nursing, clinical leaders, and other healthcare decision-makers.

  • Maintain a consistent, professional presence within your assigned facilities.

  • Conduct regular on-site visits, customer check-ins, and account reviews to ensure our partners feel supported and valued.

Be a Customer Advocate

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for facility questions, concerns, and service needs.

  • Take ownership of customer issues, coordinate timely resolutions, and follow through until concerns are addressed.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Support Facility Education & Engagement

  • Conduct educational in-services and introduce facility staff to our diagnostic services, ordering processes, and technology platforms.

  • Help facilities understand and fully utilize the services available to them.

  • Support new facility onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into our service network.

Collaborate & Drive Improvement

  • Work closely with Territory Managers, clinical staff, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

  • Monitor account activity, ordering trends, and utilization to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Use CRM tools to document facility visits, track customer needs, and maintain organized account records.

  • Communicate customer feedback and operational concerns to leadership, helping turn challenges into meaningful improvements.

Protect & Strengthen Our Partnerships

  • Build customer confidence through reliability, responsiveness, and proactive communication.

  • Identify potential customer satisfaction or retention concerns before they become larger problems.

  • Represent All-Stat Portable with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine commitment to exceptional service.

What You Bring to the Team

We're looking for someone who brings positive energy, professionalism, accountability, and a passion for people.

  • Relationship-Building Skills: You genuinely enjoy meeting people, developing trust, and building long-term professional connections.

  • Strong Communication: You're comfortable speaking with everyone from frontline caregivers to executive leadership.

  • Problem-Solving Mindset: You don't just identify challenges — you take ownership and help find solutions.

  • Independence & Accountability: You can manage your schedule, prioritize competing needs, and follow through without constant supervision.

  • Organization & Technology: You're comfortable using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and other tools to manage accounts and track performance.

  • Professional Presence: You represent your company with confidence, approachability, and integrity.

  • Healthcare Knowledge: Previous experience in healthcare, account management, customer relations, skilled nursing, or long-term care is strongly preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.

The All-Stat Advantage

We believe great people deserve a great place to work. At All-Stat Portable, you'll join a collaborative, patient-focused organization where initiative is valued, relationships matter, and your contributions make a difference.

Our Benefits Include:

  • Competitive Compensation: Compensation aligned with experience and qualifications.

  • Health & Wellness: Employer-contributed Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance.

  • Financial Protection: Disability and Life Insurance benefits.

  • Time to Recharge: Two weeks of paid time off.

  • Employee Referral Bonuses: Help us grow our team and be rewarded.

  • Professional Growth: Opportunities to advance into Senior Account Management and leadership positions.

  • Autonomy & Flexibility: Take ownership of your territory and manage your daily priorities.

  • Supportive Leadership: Collaborate directly with operations and company leaders who value initiative, communication, and results.

More Than an Account Executive. Be the Difference.

At All-Stat Portable, our Account Executives are more than account managers. They're trusted partners, problem-solvers, customer advocates, and an essential part of our success.

We believe the strongest partnerships are built through consistency, communication, accountability, and genuine care for the people we serve.

We're not looking for someone who simply checks a box or completes a facility visit. We want someone who takes pride in knowing their customers, anticipating their needs, and making sure every facility feels like a priority.

If you're outgoing, motivated, dependable, and ready to build a career where relationships truly matter, we'd love to hear from you!

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029
Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
